I'm Luca, an IB Maths tutor based in Zurich. I finished my MSc in Applied Mathematics at ETH Zurich in 2021. I mostly work with IB Maths AA HL and SL students on calculus, functions and exam-style questions, and I regularly help with IA drafts and past paper practice for the May and November sessions. I'm Tom, an A-Level Maths tutor and now teaching online across Europe. I completed a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics at the University of Leeds and have 8 years’ experience teaching Edexcel and AQA A-Level. I particularly enjoy helping students move from grade B to A/A* through focused past paper work. Many of my sessions involve going slowly through mark schemes to show what gets full credit.

I tutor IGCSE Maths online for students in Switzerland and across Europe. I completed a BSc in Mathematics at the University of Zurich and have 4 years’ experience with Cambridge and Edexcel IGCSE. I’m especially good with students who feel they’re “not maths people”, taking topics like indices and trigonometry step by step. We use real exam questions early on so nothing in the final paper feels unfamiliar.

I support GCSE Maths students who are aiming for grades 7–9 and want detailed feedback on their working. I’m currently studying for an MSc in Data Science at the University of Edinburgh, having done my BSc in Maths there too. I like working on higher-tier topics such as circle theorems and algebraic fractions. A lot of my lessons involve screen-sharing past papers and annotating solutions together.

I’m Nora, an AP Calculus tutor who studied Applied Mathematics at ETH Zurich and now works in quantitative finance in Zurich. I tutor in the evenings, mainly helping AP Calculus AB students with optimisation, related rates and FRQs. I also spend time checking calculator methods and notation so their work is ready for College Board marking. Students often send me photos of homework between lessons when they get stuck.
